How do I place one of your products on my site?
Each product of ours comes in a zipped folder. You will need a program such as WinZip to unzip it. Inside this zipped folder you will find full instructions on how to use the product.
What if I can't install a script?
Free installations is available on all scripts we sell. If you need us to intall your script, please contact us and send us the files on which you want your script installed, as well as instructions on where the script needs to go and any other relevant information
After I purchase, what support is available for me?
With every purchase from Stuff4Web you will also receive ongoing support. Our developers can help you to make modifications to your script, solve technical problems and guide you throught the installation process. At the moment there are two ways there are two ways to contact us: you can use this form or you can talk to an engineer directly via MSN on this address: stuff4web@hotmail.co.uk.

How do I buy one of your products?
Simply browse through our range of products and photos and when you find something you like click the 'Add To Cart' button. When you are ready to go to the checkout, click the link at the bottom of the menu to view your shopping cart. Once you are sure you want all the products in your cart, click the PayPal Checkout button to make a secure payment with PayPal. After your payment the products you ordered will be emailed to you.
What payment processors do you accept?
We currently accept payment from PayPal accounts and most major credit and debit cards (Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Switch and Solo). If you do not have a PayPal account, we strongly recommend that you sign up for a free one here.
Can charitable organizations claim a discount?
Yes. If you are a charitable organization contact us an we can discuss a discount.
What if my scripts never arrived?
Occasionally some scripts aren't received by the customer (about 1 in every 50 sales). One of the main causes of this is that the customers mail provider is blocking our emails. The first thing you should do is check your 'junk' or 'spam' folder. If our email isn't there then you should visit this page and enter your order code. If you don't have your order code, you should contact us and tell us what you bought, with what email and when.

Yes. As with regular products, all freelance projects come with free installation and ongoing support.
What's the benefit of a freelance script?
If you purchase a freelance script, then you can guarantee that it was made especially for you. A freelance script is tailored to suit your exact needs, so you can be sure that it will do exactly what you want it to. Projects are generally completed in a few days, however this can vary depending on what you want. To find out how much a project will cost and how long it will take to complete, you can use this form to get a free estiate!

No. You cannot re-distribute our products in ANY way. This includes but is not limited to selling them, giving them away or renting them out. You can however put them on any website you wish.

Every single script on this web site (that includes the products and the web site itself) was created by Stuff4Web.co.uk. We create everything ourselves for one main reason: if we created it, then we know how it works, and if we know how it works, we can fix it if things ever go wrong.
